Aprender Grass Roots

Aprender runs bespoke training for teachers both on-site and at education conferences. We also run in-school programmes for students to help develop independent study and for parents to focus their support to maximise success.

Aprender Mentorship

Aprender is committed to building a network of Headteacher mentorship to provide the unique support targeting a number of key strategic areas of school improvement.

We offer a range of support for groups of Headteachers within a specific geographical location. By encouraging networking, we combine a wide spectrum of workshops and forums so that good practice can be shared and specific problems can be solved. This provides opportunities for creative thinking and critical analysis. Our programme uses materials from the UK scheme of the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).

Aprender Consultancy

Aprender provides consultancy to school leaders, managers and government education departments.

We offer consultancy in a range of areas such as:

• Developing vision and strategic direction
• Raising standards
• Improving the quality of teaching and learning
• Growing leadership
• School management and organisation of resources
• Whole school evaluation
• Curriculum enrichment through partnership with local businesses and private sector organisations.
