The mathematics
A single Apto Fellow trains eight in-country Apto Coaches. Each Coach trains 100 school leaders and teachers. That multiplies into thousands of children benefiting for years to come. Your gift compounds at every layer of the cascade.
The cost
Aprender delivers coaching at approximately £42 per coaching day, against a UK benchmark of around £450. This is what the cascade buys: capital efficiency that the Cambridge Judge Business School Global Consulting Project independently validated in April 2026.
The staying power
We do not fly in, deliver a course and leave. Our aim is to embed the Apto methodology within national education systems, government CPD frameworks, teacher training institutes, and inspectorates, so the model continues working long after our direct involvement ends.

Second, larger AptoBox Pilot in Zambia
AptoBox is our offline-capable hardware platform, designed to deliver Apto training in classrooms where reliable internet cannot be assumed. The Uganda pilot in August 2025 proved the model; the Zambia pilot, 2026–2028, is the scale-test that decides wider rollout.
Apto Fellowship Cohort Funding
The Apto Fellowship is the engine behind every other thing Aprender does - UK school leaders trained as Fellows, who in turn train the in-country Apto Coaches who reach teachers at scale. A Fellowship coaching day costs £42, against a UK benchmark of around £450 (validated by MBA students from the Cambridge Judge Business School, April 2026)
Apto Digital Transformation Programme
The Apto Digital Transformation Programme digitises every Apto course onto Apto Connect, our new virtual learning platform, with offline delivery via AptoBox where connectivity fails. Among the new courses is Apto Resilience, a trauma-aware classroom course.
