Governments and Ministries of Education

Our cascade model is built around government education officers as in-country Apto Coaches. Where we work formally with Ministries, we support the integration of Apto into national CPD, school inspection frameworks, and Teacher Training Institutes. We have current and developing relationships in Uganda, Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Nepal and others.

NGOs and denominational education bodies

From Kids Alive International Zambia to Partners in Excellence International, the Jinja Educational Trust in Uganda, and Pursue Kenya, we work alongside partners whose work is rooted in local communities. We can offer our methodology, our coaching architecture, and the cascade through which their work multiplies.

Universities and academic institutions

Our most recent academic collaborations include Cambridge Judge Business School (Global Consulting Project Report, April 2026) and Stanford University Early Life Stress and Resilience Program (Apto Resilience course development, from late 2026). We are open to research partnerships that strengthen our evidence base and inform the field.
