The Apto suite of programmes is designed to be modular. Schools, ministries and partners can choose the programmes that match their context, and combine them as their work develops through our cascade delivery mechanism, using an online digital content platform to transmit content, combined with Zoom coaching calls. In areas of low internet connectivity, we have developed an offline digital platform called AptoBox.

Apto Lead develops strong, values-driven school leadership teams capable of strategic planning and data-informed decision-making. It helps leaders build culture, accountability, and communication systems that support continuous improvement. Designed for headteachers, deputies, and leadership teams.

A short, focused introduction to the four most effective teaching behaviours proven to transform student outcomes. Apto Big 4 offers bite-sized, practical modules that strengthen teacher mindset, motivation, and classroom practice. It is an accessible entry point to the wider Apto Teach pathway.

Apto Teach equips classroom teachers with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to deliver high-quality, student-centred lessons. It focuses on practical pedagogy, classroom management, assessment for learning, and building positive relationships that enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Apto Teams enables education teams to build clarity, cohesion, and shared purpose. Drawing on Patrick Lencioni’s “Five Dysfunctions of a Team” framework, it helps organisations improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen collective performance for long-term school health and productivity.

Apto Coach trains Education Officers and School Leaders to become effective coaches, guiding others through reflection, growth, and sustained change. Based on the Apto Coaching Framework using the GROW model, it combines emotional intelligence, feedback, and leadership development to embed a coaching culture in schools and systems.

It provides practical strategies for differentiation, accessibility, and inclusive pedagogy, helping educators build confidence in supporting every child to flourish, even in resource-limited environments.

Apto Selfie helps educators develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal integrity, the foundation for effective leadership. Participants explore how self-management and reflection influence relationships, decision-making, and school culture. It underpins all other Apto programmes as a prerequisite for sustained professional growth.

Apto Governance is Aprender's practical framework for strengthening governance across education systems. It equips governing bodies, school boards and education leaders with the knowledge, tools and accountability processes needed to provide effective strategic oversight, ensure good stewardship of resources, strengthen transparency, and create the conditions for sustained school improvement and better outcomes for children.

Apto Resilience is Aprender's evidence-informed programme that helps education leaders and teachers build resilient schools by strengthening emotional wellbeing, developing trauma-informed practice, and creating positive, supportive learning environments. It equips educators with practical strategies to foster resilience in themselves, their colleagues and their pupils, enabling children and schools to thrive even in the face of adversity.
